We collect name, email, phone, location, and role-specific data necessary to manage candidatures and evaluations. No data is sold to third parties.
Data is used exclusively for candidature management, evaluation processes and platform communications. Stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure.
Users may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting ACES Europe directly at the address below.
All communications are encrypted via HTTPS. Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth. Documents are stored with Firebase Storage access controls.
We use local storage to save language preferences and session data. No third-party advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.
